These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Suelo Flooring website (sueloflooring.com.au) and the provision of our commercial flooring services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website use

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about our commercial flooring services. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but content is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

2. Quotes and proposals

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote becomes a binding agreement when you provide written acceptance and we confirm receipt. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment terms

Projects under $10,000: 50% deposit on acceptance, balance on completion.

Projects over $10,000: Payment schedule as specified in the quote.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

4. Installation and delivery

You must provide safe, clear and unobstructed access to the installation area. If conditions are found to differ materially from those observed during assessment, we will notify you and provide a revised scope and cost before proceeding.

5. Warranties

All installations carry the statutory warranties required under Queensland building legislation. Product manufacturers provide separate warranties as specified in their documentation.

6. Variations and cancellations

Any changes to the agreed scope must be requested in writing. If you cancel after accepting a quote but before work commences, the deposit may be retained to cover materials ordered and preparation costs incurred.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant quote, except where this cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage direct resolution first. If unresolved, either party may refer the dispute to QCAT or mediation.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
